We have three bright luxurious high-end ensuite bedrooms all available immediately in a professional house share in Wandsworth.

The ensuite rooms are located on the ground floor, and on the first floor towards the front and on the top floor of the house.

All of the rooms in the house are fairly large and are fully furnished with a fullsize double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair. We are flexible on furniture, so would be happy to remove or add any pieces of furniture depending on your preference..

The house is a 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Town train station, which is 12 minutes to Waterloo, and is in Zone 2.

Location-wise, Wandsworth is full of amenities: You're close to the Thames, Southside shopping centre, huge Sainsbury's, Clapham Junction train station is only a 20 minute walk away or so, and Clapham Common is around 15 minutes' walk.

The housemates are from a wonderful diverse mix of British and international backgrounds. We have young professionals (three males) from Britain and Norway.

The house has six ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living room, a lovely patio garden, and a basement for storage.

The kitchen is fully equipped: It has two tall fridge freezers, ample cupboards, a range cooker for cooking enthusiasts, microwave, washer dryer, and dishwasher. The living room has a 59 inch oled Smart TV, and Chesterfield sofas.

An excellent weekly cleaner comes to clean the shared areas of the house, and the cost of this is included in the bills. Virgin Media broadband (with signal boosters throughout the house) is also included.

The rent for the ground floor ensuite room is £1,387 pcm with bills included. The rent for the larger first floor front bedroom is £1,475 pcm with bills included. The top floor ensuite room is available at £1,675 pcm.

No couples (unless you'd like to rent a room each), and no pets please.
