A little about the landlord!

We have owned 27 Northgate Street since 2013, and it has rented out every year since then without any problems.

Our family has had a long history at Aberystwyth, and we think that university is one of the best places to study in the UK.

We were students at Aber Uni back in the early 80's. More recently our son studied Business Management here.

Over the years, other family members have also studied Law, Math's, Environmental Science and Veterinary Bioscience at Aber.

Another family member was involved with the agricultural department back in the 60's
