The Property

The flat is all electric. There is no gas. Space heating is with the very latest Dimplex storage heaters, which charge overnight on the cheaper night tariff. These heaters also have a built-in convector heater for topping up during the day if needed. The flat is quite warm anyway, with the double glazing and the fact that there is a flat above it and another below. Recent tenants said they did not use the heating at all through the winter of 2022-23! I don't know how, but I have never lived there. The last tenants said they used the heating very little.

There are large storage cupboards in the hall.
