Looking for 1 female or non-binary person to join home in Kemptown, Brighton from the end of November until April.
The Location:
Right by the seafront, on a quiet street close to Kemptown's independent shops and cafes, just a few minutes walk from the hospital. There's free parking 5 minutes walk away.
The Room:
It's on it's own private floor, bright and peaceful, recently refurbished, with a comfy king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and sea views. There's a chest of drawers, a cupboard for hanging clothes and some additional storage available within the room/ bathroom space, but it would suit someone travelling fairly light, as there's not additional storage in the living room.
The Space:
It's extremely spacious, rooms are spread over 4 floors, and there's a large living room and eat in kitchen, so you can have both privacy and connection. There's a sunny south-facing roof terrace with sea views, plants and a table and chairs for eating/drinking/reading. The place is soundproofed and well insulated so it doesn't get too cold in winter. We like to keep the communal spaces clean and tidy. We are up for a discussion around whether we have a cleaner or not. Well behaved cats considered.
I've put a lot of time and love into making this space beautiful, and that, along with the size and location are reflected in the price.
This is a lgbtq+ and neurodivergent friendly space and everyone We invite into the space shares values on this.

Friendly, creative woman in mid-to-late 30's. We work mostly from home so often here in the daytime. We sing, and love playing music with people and enjoy a good balance of having people over for food or creative projects, and having quiet days to recharge.
