Rooms - after reserving pending signing the contract, credit and reference checks, right to rent in UK checks and payment of a deposit needs to be done. If you have a good credit reference you may be able to apply to pay insurance instead of the deposit - please search OpenRent for this option. Students - guarantor highly preferred.
