We are delighted to introduce the opportunity to rent a stunning, two bedroom first floor apartment, located within a Grade II Listed building in Waterlooville. Formerly the Catholic Monastery of Sacred Heart Church, the building underwent thorough conversion and refurbishment by Linden Homes in 2015.

The property benefits from a communal entrance, shared with only one other flat, giving a wonderful feel of security and privacy.

The apartment boasts a spacious, open plan lounge/diner which is open to the modern kitchen with Zanussi built in appliances and includes amazing, tall ceilings and bespoke sash windows, which together twin the modern and traditional, to give a truly unique and homely feel to the space.

The property is continued by two double bedrooms with the master enjoying an ensuite bathroom and a raised sleeping area, which maximises the usefulness of the space, allowing for an additional dressing area.

Completing the property is the modern three-piece bathroom which is accessed off the large entrance hallway

Further benefits include allocated parking and being located on stunning grounds.
