We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. All the cottages each have their own unique charm, and we also run a campsite during the summer months.
Parking for two cars is available close to the property. Pets by request only.
The Hayloft is a first floor flat with its own entrance. The front door opens on to a wide staircase which leads up to the landing where there is a storage cupboard with hanging space.
The landing opens on to the sitting room, which has sofa, armchair, table & chairs, chest of drawers, and T.V. The sofa can convert into a sofa bed but as this property is small, it cannot comfortably sleep more than 2 people in total.
The small bedroom has a 4'6ft double bed and bedside tables but no other bedroom storage. The shower room has a shower, basin and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge (with freezer box), and washing machine. Please note there is no dryer within the property but a drying rack is provided and a communal tumble dryer is available externally, just a short walk from the property.
