Two reception rooms (one acting as an office space) and shared kitchen/dining room, though there is also space to eat outside. One bathroom and separate toilet. Decor is quite artsy and eclectic. House is rented as a single property. Bills should be around £77 per month, council tax included with rent. There's no adjustment in the rent if you're exempt from council tax. We get along well with the estate agent and they let us use the house as we please.
Ideal Housemate would be lgbt+ or allies, vegetarian (bonus points for vegan!). If you like music and gardening then this is the place for you! We'll be interviewing any potential candidates to see how we get on. We are looking for someone to live, engage, and share with, not just a body to occupy a room.
