The house is located on Newbridge Road, close to local shops on Chelsea Road including a general store, bakery, deli, and post office. The Royal United Hospital is a short walk away, and Bath city centre can easily be reached on foot, by bike, or by bus. There is a bike rack at the property and off-street parking available by separate rental agreement.
