This fantastic detached 4 bedroom Nottingham Trent University student house is on Newstead Grove in a very desirable student area just off the popular North Sherwood Street.

The 4 bedrooms all come furnished with a double bed, desk, desk chair, chest of drawers and plenty of wardrobe space. All the rooms are very well-sized, so nobody is going to be annoyed at having the small room!

There are two bathrooms in the property. One on the ground floor has a shower, sink and toilet. There is also another bathroom on the first floor that has a bath, shower, toilet and sink.

The ntu City Campus is just a short walk away (3 minutes or so) and there are plenty of local amenities close by. There are takeaways and off-licenses on Mansfield Road, and there is a Tesco and the Orange Tree pub just down the road. There's also bills included in the rent to avoid any awkward conversations about who owes what!
