Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am; please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, including outdoor spaces. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere inside the apartment; guests who smoke inside will be charged a minimum £250 cleaning and deodorizing fee. No pets are permitted on the property without prior written approval, and unauthorized pets will result in immediate cancellation and additional cleaning fees. No electric vehicle charging is allowed at the property as this is a fire risk. Hair straighteners or curling irons may not be placed directly on carpets or soft furnishings; burnt marks found in the carpet will result in a £250 damage fee. The minimum age for the booker is 25.
