There is 1 bathroom featuring a standalone bathtub and a walk-in shower. Bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap are provided. The bedrooms are fitted with blackout curtains and wardrobes.

There is 1 free parking space available for guests; please inquire if you require this and a permit will be organized. For those with multiple vehicles, there are several off and on-street parking spaces available all around the development. This home is pet friendly, and there is a flat rate fee of £20.00 to bring your furry friend(s). Other optional extras are available for an additional fee, including services such as mini-bar and fridge stocking, private chefs, laundry & dry cleaning, early check-ins, and late check-outs.

This apartment is located in Manchester’s city center district of Northern Quarter, very close to Piccadilly train station. You can be in Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance. The property is located less than 5 minutes walking from Manchester Piccadilly train station and Manchester Piccadilly Gardens. There are many different metrolink tram stations and local bus stops nearby.

Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am. Upon confirming your booking, you are agreeing to abide by all Guest Policies & Haus Rules. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact customer service to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Guests are asked to kindly respect the neighbors. The building is not managed and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.
