The existing tenants are peaceful, friendly and considerate working people and a sensible student. There is a friendly atmosphere in the house but no parties as people are in employment. It's fine to invite a friend to visit.
There is a weekly cleaner for communal areas and we provide a 24 hour emergency call-out service.
We would consider a pet if we felt it would be happy and wouldn't pose any problems for housemates or us (there are currently).
