2 full-sized bathrooms (you would have exclusive use of 1 to yourself).
The available bedroom is the master bedroom and is 15' x 14'.

The 2 spare bedrooms are used as a home office/study and as a guest room for friends/family at the moment. You'd have equal use of these 2 rooms to do whatever you wish (happy to convert into 2 office rooms if that suits)

Would probably suit one of the following;

- Someone who works from home and wants/needs an office space
- Someone who desires a spare bedroom for friends and family to stay
- Someone who likes the idea of sharing but has grown out of sharing with 3-5 people
