Hello 🙂 We are interested in finding a lodger for the spare room in lovely house in Kemptown. The room has a nice double bed and the house is very comfortable with a little garden and in a fantastic position. It would be just us and the lodger living there. Ideally it would start from late April/early May till October (although it's possible that it can be longer).

We would like someone who is kind, easy going, open minded, tidy and works regular hours. We don't want any couples we are afraid, but cats are very welcome 🙂
