Lovely double room in a spacious flat, with one female room mate- move in date 8th May 2026.

Current flatmate lived up to three years and love it. Sadly housemate is moving back to Aus so looking for a female housemate.

It is a top floor flat, with a lovely spacious kitchen and living room. I have great relationships with our neighbours who are all quiet and respectful. The landlord has been great also- very responsive if there are ever any issues.

Transport Links:

-Walking distance from the Bakerloo line and Jubilee (at West Hampstead)
-You can be at Oxford Circus in 15 mins.
-Walking distance to Kilburn High Road- Overground- 2 stops only to Euston.
-We have Maida Vale and Queen’s Park within walking distance- both have cute cafes and nice green space.

About the current flatmate:
Current flatmate is 30 and work full time, lived in flat shares for many years and understand that housemates need their alone time :) and often away at weekends visiting family etc.

The costs:
-Rent is 1,023.75.
-Bills are separate and currently cost £198 a month.
-Deposit is 5 weeks rent.

-The lease will be for one year with a six month break clause if needed.
