We are looking for lovely people to rent our beautiful 2 double bedroom Victorian mansion apartment which we have recently refurbished to a high standard. We have had a lovely couple rent our apartment however they are now relocating out of London hence our search for new tenants.

The apartment is part furnished - beds and mattresses are not included as we believe most tenants prefer their own.

Having lived in the apartment ourselves for many years and then renovating its really not your average tired rental, we absolutely adored the light and ease of living in such a vibrant location. Our neighbours are also really nice and since renting it out we have Lisa managing the apartment privately for us, we believe in keeping our property well maintained and our tenants happy.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, a lovely bright reception room to the front, a bedroom, newly refurbished bathroom, large kitchen breakfast room with access to a lovely private garden and second bedroom. We also have wooden floors throughout.

We absolutely adore our country style garden with rail way sleepers with beds, which we have grown strawberries, tomatoes and a created our very own London herb garden, also plenty of space for a BBQ, bicycle storage.

We have a sofa and a coffee table in the front room, and various other furniture. The current tenants have their own bed and mattress. (please enquire)

Elmhurst Mansions is situated in the heart of Clapham, a short walk to Clapham Old town, Clapham Common and a huge selection of bars, restaurants, shops, Sainsburys supermarket, an abundance of boutique coffee shops.

Transport links are excellent with the northern line at Clapham North, trains running from Clapham High Street into Clapham Junction or the other direction to Shoreditch High street via Canada Water. The bus service is also available providing access to the city, west end and Canary Wharf.
