This apartment is located in an extremely quiet neighborhood with a beautiful private park and lake right nearby. The excellent travel connections, with Park Royal serviced by a tube station that goes directly into central London and beyond, are a 7-10 minute walk from 2 underground stations, Hanger Lane (Central line) and Park Royal (Piccadilly line).

Smoking in the apartment is strongly prohibited, with a penalty of £500. Parties are prohibited in the property, and if there are signs of it, you may be charged £500. You will be held responsible for keys to the apartment, and we reserve the right to charge Guests £100 per set of keys if lost or damaged. No noise, including loud music, is allowed after 9 pm. If there are any complaints that guests are organizing unauthorized parties or misusing the property, you might be asked to vacate the property immediately, and I hold the right to use security guard services if necessary. All eviction expenses will be charged to the guest’s account. Using the address for personal correspondence and deliveries is prohibited, and I might ask you to vacate the property immediately if you breach this rule.
