Long-term rental: Our family home near Crystal Palace
We are looking for a long-term tenant (ideally 3 years or more) for our semi-detached home. We have no plans to sell, so if you have kids in school or just want a place to settle down without the worry of having to move again in a year or two, this may suit you well.
The house is spread over three floors and is painted in neutral colours throughout.
* Downstairs: A big, bright open-plan space. There's a large double lounge, a downstairs toilet, and a modern kitchen/dining area. The back has sliding doors that open right onto the patio.
* Middle Floor: Two double bedrooms (one looks over the garden, one over the front), a bathroom with a bath/shower, and a separate office room.
* Top Floor: A very large, bright loft bedroom that feels very airy with Velux window
The house can be rented furnished or semi-furnished, and there's plenty of room if you have your own things too. We're also happy to dismantle and remove some of the furniture if you don't need it.
The garden is a big part of why we love this house. It's long and very peaceful because it backs onto Beulah Hill Park.
There's a sandstone patio with a table and chairs ready to go. We have a few small ponds-one has small fish that are very easy to look after (we'll leave the fish food for you) and it also has a little fountain. If you fancy growing your own food, there's a vegetable patch and a shed. It does need a bit of love-seasonal pruning and mowing the grass-but we provide the mower. We're really looking for someone who enjoys being in the garden.
Transport: You can get to London Bridge in about 30 minutes from the front door, or Victoria and Canary Wharf in about 40. We're walking distance to Crystal Palace, Norwood Junction, and Anerley stations. The 410 bus stops right across the street.
Essentials: There's a gp surgery across the road, and Harris City Academy is just a few minutes' walk away. For shopping, Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Aldi are all close by.
Nature: Crystal Palace Park is a 10-minute walk, and since Beulah Hill Park is right behind us, it's very quiet with plenty of trees and wildlife.
Move-in date: Around 22nd June 2026. We aren't in a massive hurry; we'd rather wait a little longer to find the right couple or family.

Parking: Off-street parking right in front. We are happy to install electric charging point if needed.
