The property has three bedrooms, it's semidetached house and situated in a nice part of Woodley, Stockport with leafy green surroundings, shops, restaurants and pubs are just around the corner (notably the Joshua Bradley and The Hare and Hounds - on Werneth Low). There is Woodley train station 5 minutes walk down the road which has a direct line to Manchester and there is bus stop just outside the house which goes to Tameside or Stockport in either direction. You would be sharing with one other lodger but the relationship and dynamics are important to us so we would agree any living arrangements first. No couples please as it would make the property too crowded. The live in landlady lives in a contained flat downstairs but will be on hand for any help or support. You would have access to the fully furnished living room, dinning room, bathroom, downstairs toilet and sink, front drive (for parking), and back garden. There are two toilets. Our kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances; toaster, microwave, airfryer, kettle, oven, grill, stove, fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer and stand alone chest freezer.
