We are looking for a lodger to live in our house long terms.
The location is amazing for folks enjoying a quiet, green and safe environment away from the chaos of the city centre but Union street is still reachable in less than 15 minutes by car. Aberdeen bypass (awpr) is 3 minutes away from our drive-way and allocated parking is available for our lodgers.
Altens, Tullos, Westhill, Portlethen and Balmoral Business Park are very nearby.
Both rooms have private bathrooms and the whole house is accessible including a well-maintained garden at the rear.
Rates proposed are all-inclusive (gas/electricity/internet/netflix). City council tax not included but only a minimal contribution will be charged where applicable.
