Please note that this is an old building, and noise from neighbors may be audible. Disturbances to neighbors will not be tolerated. The front door must always be firmly closed and double-locked when leaving. Outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the apartment due to the carpeted flooring. A £200 charge applies for lost keys. Excessive rubbish, boxes, or mess left in the property will incur an extra cleaning/removal fee of £130. Carpet replacement costs £1500 for the living room and £1000 for other rooms if staining occurs. A late check-out charge of £100 applies, with removal from the property after one hour past the check-out time. Zero tolerance for drugs; violators will be removed from the property without refund and fined £1000. Parties are not permitted. The maximum number of people allowed in the property at any given time is 6; exceeding this limit will result in police notification and reservation cancellation.
