Communal areas The building features communal spaces such as a lounge, pool table, podcasting room, cinema room, gym, laundry room, bike storage, and external garden/seating area. On-site CCTV for added security.

Premium plus ensuite room The room features hard flooring, electric panel heating, large bright window and furnished with a bed frame, mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair. Room size is 20.6 sqm.

Ensuite shower room With vinyl flooring, sink with mixer tap and drawer below, mirrored vanity cupboard, toilet, and shower enclosure with electric shower.

Kitchen/dining room The flat features a communal kitchen dining area with a range of cupboards/drawers, two stainless steel sinks with mixer taps, two cookers, and two fridge freezers. Furnished with a dining table/chairs and sofas.

Utilities Please note that all utility bills and council tax are included in the rent. This covers your electricity, water, and internet. Mains electric, water, and sewerage. The broadband connection is Fibre to the Premises.

Notes Pets and smoking are not permitted.

No parking for students, only visitor and loading spaces available.

Location Scholars View is located in the popular Orchard Park development which features a range of small shops and takeaways like a Tesco Express and Pizza Hut. It also has its own Skate Park, Basketball Court, and Multi-Use Sports Ground which is managed by the Community Council. Orchard Park is located an approximate less than 20 minute cycle from University of Cambridge and Anglia Ruskin University.

Package costs The Premium Plus Ensuite Rooms in an 8 Bed Cluster Flat start at £250 per person per week. Only 51 week tenancies are available. They are single occupancy only. There are only 2 of this type of room available. One on the third floor and one on the fourth floor, located in the 8 Bed Premium Cluster Flats.

Deposit & rent payment terms The deposit starts at £99 but this may change depending on your agreed rent payment terms. A UK guarantor or upfront payment is required.

Tenant find only Saint Andrews Bureau are acting on a 'tenant find only' basis meaning we are advertising the property to find prospective tenants and then you will be passed onto the third party student rental agency to discuss booking a viewing and your preferred package.

Available date Move in dates start from 10th August 2026 but may be subject to change.
