We do have a friendly, lively but quiet dog, so you need to be ok with that. You can have as much or as little interaction with him as you prefer.

We have large gardens, so you can enjoy outdoor space here and it's very sunny, which is lovely.

Recognising that colour is very much a personal taste, we are happy, for the price of the (Quality) paint, to change the colour for you. After all, it is your space and you are spending your time there.

We are a friendly couple, easy going and we laugh a lot. Prefer someone who doesn't drink excessively and is respectful.

We do complete referencing checks as a matter of course.

Deposit secures room and is non-refundable if you change your mind as we then have to re-advertise, however if anything were to change our end, of course we would re-fund you. Your deposit will be held until after you eventually leave and we have checked the room for damage. We are very fair minded.
