To be eligible for a home at Elephant Quarter, applicants must:

• Be unable to afford to rent a suitable property on the open market;
• Have a household income within the scheme limits;
• Live or work in London (priority may be given to those with a local connection);
• Not own another residential property;
• Meet any additional criteria set by the housing provider and local authority;
• Be able to demonstrate a sustainable household income sufficient to cover the rent and living costs.

Full eligibility requirements and affordability assessments will apply.

• Not own any other residential home
