For health and safety reasons, pressurised gas canisters, fuel cylinders, butane/propane containers, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. Any prohibited items left after check-out that require specialist handling will incur a charge equal to the actual cost incurred. Standard check-in hours are between 3 pm and 7 pm, with additional charges for requests outside these hours. Standard check-out is 10 am, with potential charges for later requests. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Children up to 4 years stay free on existing bedding. Children aged 5 to 12 can stay for £25 per night, and children aged 13 to 17 can stay for £30 per night. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments. Damages or holes in furniture, floors, beds, or linens will result in charges for replacement value and penalty fees. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 7 am.
