The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay and features a bar with 4 stools. A private patio with outdoor table and chairs is ideal for enjoying a coffee or reading. The bedroom, located at the back of the apartment, features a new double bed, a large wardrobe, and a chest of drawers for ample storage. The ensuite bathroom includes a nice shower and bath.

A premium airbed (double size) can be set up upon request. For parties of 3 or 4 guests, or for small parties of 2 people who may want to sleep separately, an extra bed in the living room is automatically offered for an additional fee of £35 for setup and laundry service. Free luggage drop-off is usually available from 12 pm but needs to be agreed upon in advance.

Quiet hours are observed between 9 pm and 9 am. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or near open windows. If cigarette smoke or similar odors are detected, guests will be liable for the cost of professional upholstery and fabric cleaning. This also applies if you leave cigarette butts inside the flat or in the common areas. Guests are responsible for lost keys, lockouts, or any situation requiring a locksmith or other assistance, which will result in charges to cover the full cost. Late check-out without prior agreement will incur a £50/hour fee. A fee of up to £1,000 may be charged for House Rules violations, including property damage, unauthorized guests, or significant disturbances. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Same-day changes to check-in time may incur an additional fee if not communicated in advance. Late check-in may incur a fee. Early check-in may be available for a fee. Infants are charged at £18/night, and a baby cot may be organized for an extra fee.
