This also applies if you leave cigarette butts inside the flat or in the common areas. Guests are responsible for lost keys, lockouts, or any situation requiring a locksmith or other assistance, which will result in charges to cover the full cost. Late check-out without prior agreement will incur a £50/hour fee. A fee of up to £1,000 may be charged for House Rules violations, including property damage, unauthorized guests, or significant disturbances. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Same-day changes to check-in time may incur an additional fee if not communicated in advance. Late check-in may incur a fee. Early check-in may be available for a fee. Infants are charged at £18/night, and a baby cot may be organized for an extra fee.
