The apartment is located on the lower ground floor, which means it stays pleasantly cool and private, but may receive less direct natural light during the day. Stairs are required to access the flat and within the garden. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Please respect designated quiet hours between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am. Parties are not allowed. Guests are required to complete a pre check-in form prior to arrival and accept the terms of our rental agreement. The standard check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Any check-in after 8:00 pm requires an in-person check-in with our out-of-hours agent and incurs an additional fee. The lead guest must be 28+. Registered guests only. Photo id is required via online check-in form before arrival. Check-out is at 11:00 am. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Occasional viewings may take place during your stay, with advance notice provided and a cleaning team tidying the property on the morning of any scheduled viewing. Viewings typically last no more than 10 minutes.
