The bedroom area is bright and airy with storage space, and the bed is set with fresh hotel-quality linen. Efficient radiators ensure the studio is warm in winter and has good airflow in summer. The bathroom is stocked with fluffy towels and toiletries.

Complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) are provided. Additional linen packs are available for £30 per pack. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request. Late check-out is available in advance for £30 per hour, with the latest check-out time being 1 pm. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged at £50 per hour.

Any signs of smoking after your stay may result in a claim of up to £100 from the security deposit. No noise, including loud music, is permitted after 9 pm. Parties are prohibited, and signs of parties may incur a £500 charge. Guests may be asked to vacate the property immediately if there are complaints of unauthorized parties or misuse of the property, with all eviction expenses charged to the guest's account. Using the address for personal correspondence and deliveries is prohibited and may result in immediate eviction. Furniture should not be moved; if moved, it must be returned to its original position before check-out. Failure to return furniture to its correct place after check-out will result in a charge of 100 gbp.
