The modern white bathroom has a combined bath with a shower above and instant hot water.

Enjoy your own private outdoor terrace with a Cloudstream Hot Tub, available year-round. There is a one-off charge of £80 payable on arrival for the preparation and set-up of the hot tub. Free parking is available on the street directly outside the property.

Ideally located on the east side of the city center, just a 5-minute drive away. The property is directly opposite a Nisa Local convenience store for drinks and groceries. Splott is a great neighborhood with a selection of local bakeries and takeaways. The town center is a less than 20-minute walk or a quick 5-minute cab ride.

The hot tub can only be operated between 9 am and 10 pm. Noise monitoring devices are used to ensure quiet time and no parties are observed. Quiet hours are strictly from 10 pm to 8 am every day. The hot tub must not be operated during quiet hours. No commercial activities are permitted at this property. The age restriction for the lead guest is 25 years. A copy of your Photo id and signature will be required on check-in.
