A family bathroom with a bathtub and shower is also available. Fast internet, linen & towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, and a washing machine are provided.

A parking space is available within the building for £30 per day, subject to availability and with priority for regular residents. Please advise in advance if you require parking.

Situated in an amazing location, this flat is right behind Holland Park tube station (2-minute walk) and within walking distance to Notting Hill and Shepherd's Bush Westfield. The neighborhood is a quiet and safe residential area with great transport links, lovely coffee shops, restaurants, and beautiful homes. It's the perfect location to discover Notting Hill and West London, with Portobello Market and Westbourne Grove shopping thoroughfare nearby.

Please note that the lift is currently out of order, and the building management is working to resolve this. Reservations made from July 1st are aware of this, and rental fees have been adjusted accordingly. Quiet hours are observed between 9 pm and 9 am. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or near open windows; guests will be liable for the cost of professional upholstery and fabric cleaning if smoke odors are detected. Pets are not permitted. Guests are responsible for keys; lost keys, lockouts, or any situation requiring a locksmith will incur charges. Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked when leaving. Please turn off lights and lower heating when leaving the house. Standard cleaning at check-out is included, but extra cleaning due to dirty dishes, unreasonable mess, or excess rubbish may incur additional charges. Candles are for decorative purposes only and should not be lit. A fee of up to £1,000 may be charged for House Rules violations, including property damage, unauthorized guests, or significant disturbances. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Late check-in and late check-out may be possible with prior agreement and may incur a fee. Free luggage drop-off is usually from 12 pm but needs to be agreed upon in advance.

The second bedroom includes a desk, making it suitable for remote work.
