Late checkout without prior approval may incur additional charges, with fees ranging from £50 for up to 1 hour late to a full night's stay for more than 3 hours late or refusal to vacate. If the property is left in an excessively dirty condition, an additional cleaning fee starting from £100 may be charged. There is one actively recording camera overlooking the front entrance of the property which records video and audio. A smart home device actively records noise decibel levels but does not record audio or video.
