Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. The minimum age requirement is 21 years old (at least one guest must be 21 years old). Guests are required to complete an online check-in form, agree to Terms & Conditions, and upload a valid id at least 24 hours prior to check-in. For guests staying 10 nights or longer, it is essential to schedule either an interim housekeeping service or a linen change during your stay. Do not wash any of our linens or towels; a fee will be charged for each item washed without prior approval or if items are heavily soiled and require replacement. Upon checkout, if the property is found in an unacceptable condition, additional charges may apply. Please ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked when you are not on the property. A penalty fee will be charged if the property is found unsecured during your stay and/or at check-out. A fee will also apply if keys are misplaced or not returned to the lockbox at check-out.Please note that our partner requires a lead guest to provide a valid id to verify their booking details. In addition, a security deposit is required for your stay. Our partner will contact you prior to your arrival to securely collect your credit card details. A £350 hold will be placed on your card 2 days before your check‐out date. This is a standard security deposit to cover any potential damages, stains, repairs, or replacements needed after the stay. The hold will be released after check‐out, provided no issues are found. It may reflect to your account within the next 3-5 working business days, depending on your bank services.
