Guests are required to communicate their expected time of arrival in advance. Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Guests are expected to take care of the apartment and its contents. Furniture is not to be moved within the apartment. If additional undeclared guests are found to have been allowed to stay, or if a guest loses the key set, there will be a charge of £250 to change the locks and key set. Guests that have not agreed a late check out will incur a charge of £50 for every 10 minutes that housekeeping staff is delayed after 10:00 am. Guests are asked to run the dishwasher and take the rubbish and recycling out before check-out. A charge of £150 will apply if specialist cleaning is required or if an excessive amount of time is needed to return the apartment to its previous state. A charge of £250 will apply for specialist cleaning if the apartment and/or contents are left in an exceptionally bad condition or if smoking has taken place.Verification is a condition of the stay.
