A £250 charge applies for specialist cleaning if the apartment and/or contents are left in an exceptionally bad condition or if smoking has taken place.This property has a zero-tolerance policy for parties or events, illegal activity, visitors without prior agreement, additional undeclared guests, nuisance or anti-social behaviour, and business activity. Any guests found to be engaging in these activities will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Guests are required to provide the booker's id before check-in to comply with the Immigration Hotel Records Order (1972).
