There is a £150 late check-out fee after 10:30 am unless agreed in advance. Charges will apply for any additional cleaning required due to excess mess. Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and exceeding the maximum number of confirmed guests may lead to removal without refund. Eating or drinking in the bedrooms is prohibited. Rearranging furniture is not allowed. Please wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher, and take rubbish out when leaving. Drugs or illegal substances are not permitted on the premises.
