Any prohibited items left in the property after check-out that require specialist handling or disposal will result in a charge equal to the actual cost incurred. Quiet hours are observed between 10pm-8am. Standard check-in hours are between 3pm and 7pm, with requests outside of these hours incurring additional charges. Standard check-out is 10am, with requests later than 10am potentially incurring additional charges. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Children up to 4 years can stay free of charge on existing bedding. Children from age 5 to 12 can stay at £25 per night, and children from 13 to 17 years can stay at £30 per night. Early check-in prior to 12:00 hours will incur one night's charges. Late check-out post 13:00 hours will incur one night's charges. Smoking is generally prohibited in the apartments as they are non-smoking apartments. Damages or holes in and on furniture, floors, beds, linen etc. Will result in replacement value and penalty fees.
