Being situated close to major transport routes Moor Farm is the ideal place for those having to travel further afield. Alternatively, local transport links enable residents to travel directly into Nottingham, Grantham and London.

Application

An application deposit of £50.00 shall be charged to hold a property for 14 days whilst referencing and employment checks take place. Once an application form has been filled in and we have all the necessary documentation, we shall carry out the appropriate checks.

- Payslips (minimum of 3 months)
- Utility bill or council tax bill (within last 3 months)
Copies will not be accepted.

If you are successful in your application for a property we will then arrange an appointment with you to sign the tenancy agreement, at which stage the deposit balance and rent instalment will be payable.

We are open for viewings Tuesday to Friday between 9am-4pm, but closed for lunch between 12:30pm-1pm.
