This cottage boasts a welcoming living room with comfy sofas, two chairs, and a flat-screen TV. The dining area features a large wooden dining table and black leather chairs. The traditional kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and a family bathroom with a bathtub, overhead shower, WC, and basin. The master and second bedrooms each have a king-size bed, while the third bedroom has a single bed. A peaceful and private courtyard is located to the rear of the property.

One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay per reservation and free on-street parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis.

Set on the West side of Whitby, Blue Sky Cottage is just a 10-minute walk to the town center. Explore Pier Road for cozy pubs, fun arcades, and fish restaurants, leading to the blue flag West Cliff Beach. Cross the swing bridge to the East bank with its narrow medieval streets, boutiques, and pubs. Climb the famous 199 steps to the Church of Saint Mary, or discover the ruined Whitby Abbey, inspiration for Bram Stoker's 'Dracula'. Whitby is part of the North York Moors National Park, perfect for woodland and moorland walks.

Please note that the property is located at the top of a steep hill. Guests with limited mobility or those who may find steep walks difficult should take this into consideration before booking. Smoking and events are not allowed. A £250.00 damage deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 is required.
