Room was fully refurbished and painted Jan 2026, including varnishing of floor. Tenant has moved only due to being offered free accommodation elsewhere.

Their is available parking at the front of the property, it is the tenant who is leaving that currently occupies the space. No other tenant has a car. Their is also rear keyed gated entry from rear via Hilda street.
