Kendal, just 20 minutes away by car, has a Sainsburys, Morrisons, Asda and Aldi, as well as the Westmorland General Hospital. The property is well maintained. Suitable for a single non-smoking person. We require a month' deposit and a month's rent in advance. And there is a minimum of three month's rental required. There is free internet access, use of a washing machine, and a TV in the front lounge. And all bills are included.
