We are looking for a quiet, uk resident, non-smoking or vaping and over 35 (strictly no younger please) and in full time working, clean and tidy mature person, who cleans up after themselves, and helps keep house like it is in pics. We are offering you to share nicely decorated fully furnished large house. Your room is a large quiet fully furnished 13 by 10 room, nicely furnished, laminated floor, 49 inch tv etc. Which is £520 per month or £120 per week. We do have two rooms available that are fully furnished as well, The 2nd slightly smaller. This one has a built-in wardrobe etc. All bills are included and we don't charge large silly bonds, it's only £200 which is returnable if you ever leave. We do give a receipt every month just in case you want to claim back and proof you have paid etc. We like to give a months trail to make sure everything is ok for both of us, then we give a proper contract, and it's a minimum of three months stay after that., and you must give a months notice before leaving so we can re'advertise. We generally only lease one room, unless special circumstances. It is a large house in a quiet area with plenty of parking, and is close to near on every type of shop you could need, and not far from bus/train station. It has all amenities including washer drier, ' cooker' microwave' pots pans' Light Stream internet, even a set of bedding if needed.! Basically, Everything supplied and nothing cheap because we have the view, if it wouldn't be good enough, why should it be for you. It has a very large, secluded back garden that is a south facing sun trap in summer it's lovely to lay and chill (depending on British summers of course). Obviously, everything is there to use by the tenant, and to think of it has their home, and not just a place to sleep. Most of our tenants seem pretty happy here, and stay a long time, (over a year 6 of them and two and half one of them). So obviously people are happy here usually.
