A clean, simple and spacious studio-style double room is available in a quiet family home from 1 October.

The accommodation is located on the upper floor of our family home. Our family-a married couple with two children-lives downstairs, and the only shared area is the main entrance.

There are two separate rooms upstairs, with only one person permitted to live in each room. The available room is a relatively large double room furnished with a king-size bed.

You will have your own private kitchen, bathroom and shower facilities, as well as a newly installed washing machine. These facilities are for your exclusive use, so there is no need to share a kitchen or bathroom with the family or the other resident.

You will be responsible for keeping your room, kitchen, bathroom and other private areas clean and well maintained.

We have two cats living downstairs. They do not normally go upstairs or enter the rented rooms, but please be aware of this if you have allergies or are uncomfortable around cats.

Rent and Terms

Guests

Occasional visitors may be allowed only with the landlord's prior permission. For security purposes, the landlord may request the visitor's full name and identification details.

Overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval from the landlord. If permission is given for a guest to stay overnight, an additional charge will apply. No unregistered person may live at or regularly stay at the property.

The property is located directly behind a bus stop served by the 213 route to New Malden. The K1, K5 and several other bus routes also operate nearby.
