I'm looking for one considerate, clean and respectful person to share my two-bedroom flat in Clapham North.

The flat has been refurbished to a high standard and is a comfortable, bright and well-maintained home. I'm looking for someone who will appreciate the space and treat it as their own home.

About the arrangement

i'm based between London and Hereford, so i'll typically be living in the flat for around 1-2 weeks of each month, with the rest of my time spent in Hereford.

This means you'll have plenty of space and independence while i'm away, while when i'm in London we'll share the flat together.

I work as a counsellor and bodywork therapist, so i'm generally quiet, respectful and fairly routine-oriented. I'm looking for someone who is similarly considerate and enjoys having a calm, relaxed home.

The room

The room is a good-sized double bedroom in an excellent-condition two-bedroom flat.

The rest of the flat is shared, including the kitchen, bathroom and living space.

The property is in a great location for Clapham North and the surrounding areas, with excellent transport links into central London.

Rent

£1,250 per month including bills

This includes the usual household bills, so there is no need to manage multiple bills separately.

Before arranging any viewing, i'll have a 10-minute informal chat with prospective applicants.

This is simply a chance for us to introduce ourselves, hear a little about each other and make sure the arrangement feels like a good fit before arranging a viewing.

I think it's important that a shared home works well for both people, so i'd rather have a quick conversation beforehand than arrange lots of viewings that may not be suitable.

A note about the property

The flat is currently also being marketed for sale. I'm not working to a fixed timeline and, if it doesn't sell, i'm very happy to continue living here and sharing the property.

I wanted to be upfront about this from the outset so you can decide whether the arrangement works for you.
