At the back of the house is a huge patio area, perfect for sitting outside in the warmer months. There's also a separate utility room with a large washing machine and tumble dryer.

📍 Location

Although Stadhampton has a lovely village feel, there's plenty going on nearby. The Crazy Bear is directly opposite, with the Farm Shop just a stone's throw away, so the area has a surprisingly lively atmosphere with plenty of people coming and going.

There's also an M&S Food garage just a 3-minute walk away, which is really handy for groceries and essentials.

There are three parking spaces available, and the house is best suited to someone who drives due to limited public transport. There is, however, an hourly bus service into Oxford.
