A washing machine and dryer are available within the building for guest use, with washing costing £10 per day, or £15 per day for washing and dryer access.

As the property is located in a lively central London area, occasional traffic and city noise may be heard. Self check-in is available from 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Smoking or vaping inside the property and parties or events are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. A £25 maintenance call-out fee applies if no fault is found, and lock-out assistance is charged at £30 during working hours and £75 outside working hours. A £1000 fine will be charged if the call point is triggered unnecessarily.
