What the owner loves:
We have absolutely loved living in Rowan Close! It’s a very peaceful and quiet location, whether you’re resting or working from home, you barely have any interruptions or noise throughout the day. It has plenty of natural day light, and being at the top floor, you will have a beautiful view of the sky and trees outside at all times. The neighbourhood is safe, and neighbours are considerate.
Inside the flat, there is plenty of storage, which helps to keep it tidy. The separate kitchen is a good size and well equipped if you love to cook your own meals, which we did most of the time. We also love the bathroom, which is spacious and beautifully designed with a bathtub, and can be quite relaxing after a long day at work.
While Rowan Close is a residential and quiet neighbourhood, it has easy access to all facilities. Best part which we enjoyed was being 5 minutes away from Gunnersbury park. Whether you like to use buses, underground or walk, everything is within easy reach from here (nearest bus stop is only 5 minutes away). We found the nearby M&S Food & petrol station particularly handy, as it's open 24 hours a day and has all essential things.
Why we would rent this home:
Occupying a sought-after position in a quiet cul-de-sac, this beautifully proportioned one-bedroom flat offers over 50 square metres of light-filled living space. Designed with both comfort and practicality in mind, the home boasts generous layout dimensions throughout, alongside the exceptional rarity of an impressive loft storage area - perfect for keeping your living environment clutter-free. Say goodbye to parking hassle with your own private, designated parking spot right outside.
Situated in a prime W5 location, residents will enjoy seamless access to the best of Ealing, Chiswick, Kew, and Northfields. The immediate neighbourhood is rich with local character, featuring a vibrant collection of independent coffee shops, artisanal bakeries, and renowned local restaurants right on your doorstep. For outdoor enthusiasts and active lifestyles, in addition to the lovely communal gardens, the area is surrounded by green spaces, including the sprawling grounds of Gunnersbury Park, perfect for weekend strolls, sports, and relaxing outdoors.
Commuters are exceptionally well-catered for with an array of transport options nearby. Multiple local stations provide swift access across the capital via the Elizabeth Line, Piccadilly Line, District Line, Central Line, London Overground, and National Rail services. For those traveling by car, the A4 / M4 is within easy reach, offering effortless routes into Central London, Heathrow Airport, and out West.
