The house has a very spacious living room and a lovely large garden, which is especially nice during the summer months.

It's located on a quiet residential street, with very little traffic noise, yet just a short walk from Streatham Common station, offering great transport links around London.

The house is clean, cosy and well looked after, and i'd love to keep it that way.

We are looking for a professional who is genuinely clean and tidy, considerate and enjoys a peaceful living environment.

We love to find someone who treats the house as a home rather than just somewhere to rent, and who takes pride in keeping shared spaces clean and pleasant.

We are not looking for us to be attached at the hip or become best friends, but it would be lovely to occasionally share a glass of wine, watch a film or have a nice chat after work. Equally, we completely respect having our own routines, interests and personal space.
