Attwood Real Estate was established by Jeff East, a career estate agent with more than 30 years’ experience across all sectors of the market. Whether commercial or residential, sales or lettings, we know what we’re talking about, and most importantly we’ve got your back.

The property market is all about people, and we’re all different. Attwood aims to strike a balance by offering the expertise and coverage of a big firm, but with a tailored, and truly personal service.

We take a proactive and enthusiastic approach to estate agency combining modern marketing methods with good old-fashioned hard work to ensure that we maximise value for sellers and landlords. Estate agency as it should be.

We thoroughly enjoy the variety that life as an estate agent brings – you never quite know what to expect. Every property is a little different and always creates a sense of anticipation. With homes it’s the interiors; the character, décor, furniture, gardens and how they become ‘no place like’ to their owners or tenants. Workspaces are increasingly becoming as interesting as homes, and we enjoy imagining a team thriving in high quality offices or an entrepreneurial local trader launching a new business from a cute, well-placed shop. And who doesn’t love a building site!?

Above all though it’s the people and their stories that we love best. Over the last 30 years common interests and experiences have led clients to become good friends. We enjoy those ad-hoc calls for a little friendly advice, and sharing property insights and expertise with customers old and new.
