Stuart Goff started Goffs Estate Agents in Sheffield city centre in 1967, a year before the Apollo 8 mission orbited the moon, and long before estate agency became a national franchise game. Over the following three years, he opened the first-ever suburban estate agency branches in Sheffield: Woodseats, Hillsborough, and Crookes. At the peak of the business, he had opened 18 branches across the city. Today, his son Stephen runs the Goffs Hunters offices, bringing Chartered Surveyor credentials and over twenty years of hands-on Sheffield market experience to every valuation.
